NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


  1. SPONSOR


This giveaway is sponsored by Lion & Liberty (“Sponsor”).


  1. ELIGIBILITY


The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.


  1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD


The giveaway begins on July 8th, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on July 4th, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Giveaway Period”).


  1. HOW TO ENTER


Purchase Entry:

During the Giveaway Period, customers will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying item ordered through the Lion & Liberty website.


Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3” x 5” card containing your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the final day of the Giveaway Period and received within seven (7) days after the Giveaway Period ends. Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry.


Limit one entry per person per day regardless of entry method.


  1. PRIZE


One (1) winner will receive:


• One cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $150)

• One Lion & Liberty hat (Approximate Retail Value: $25)

• Two Lion & Liberty shirts (Approximate Retail Value: $50)


Approximate Total Retail Value (ARV): $245


No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.


  1. WINNER SELECTION


One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur within fourteen (14) days after the Giveaway Period ends.


The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION


The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.


  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS


By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.


Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.


  1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY


By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.


  1. PRIVACY


Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
